When Does the 28-Day Spring Shred Begin?

  • The 28-Day Spring Shred begins on the Monday after you register.  If you need to push it back an extra week or two, just let me know and I can do that with no trouble at all.  Ideally, you want to get started as soon as possible so that you don’t lose the motivation that got you started.

What Is the Nutrition Plan Like?

  • The nutrition plan is a combination of flexible dieting and intermittent fasting.  You’ll be given nutrition goals to hit on 5 days of the week.  The other 2 days you’ll be fasting.  You’ll have the flexibility to eat the foods you love, as long as you hit your nutrition goals.  In order to determine if you’re hitting your nutrition goals, you’ll be expected to log your foods in MyFitnessPal.  This will also allow me to view what you’re eating and provide valuable feedback & recommendations when needed.

What Are the Workouts Like?

  • The workouts are 20-30 minutes in length and consist of multi-joint movements that work multiple muscle groups at once.  You’ll workout 3 days per week in your first 28 days… and that’s all that’s needed.  The workouts are not randomly designed Crossfit or bootcamp style workouts, and they are not created with the purpose of beating you into the ground.  Any newbie trainer can put together a hard workout that kicks your ass, but a progressive & effective workout program requires the education & experience to know what actually works, without putting you at risk of an acute or chronic injury.

Do I Need To Buy Supplements?

  • The short answer is no, you don’t need to buy supplements.  However, things like protein powder, creatine, EAA’s, magnesium, and a high-quality multi-vitamin can be extremely beneficial and improve results when taken consistently.
